SKI SCHOOL MANAGER

Hi, my name is Nikola Chongarov but you can call me Chongi. I have a 15 year-long alpine ski racing career behind me, which culminated at the 2014 Sochi Olympic games. I raced 3 years in ski cross professionally and participated in 2 world championships. I am a kitesurf instructor on a Greek island during the summer and play music in my spare time. I specialize in advanced ski lessons both on and off-piste but you can count on me for work at any level of skiing. My super power and blessing is to manage the TOTEM team of instructors.

Hi, my name is Dani – ski and snowboard instructor since 2007. My experience allows me to teach people of any age and level. On top of alpine skiing I can show you and teach you the coolest freestyle moves. Tricks are my super power!

Hi everyone, my name is Matey Balkanov. I’ve worked as an instructor for 20 years. I teach ski and snowboard lessons in Bansko since 2006. I feel an endless love for the mountain and skiing. I hope that I manage to spread this passion for nature and sport to my students. My superpower is finding the best snow conditions and the most beautiful mountain views everyday for each one of you. Because every day is unique the same way each student that I teach is. You are welcome to come and ride together with me!

Hi, my name is Danny. I was born and raised in Bansko. Winter sports and the mountain have always been an integral part of my life. Working as an instructor has given me the opportunity to share my experience and love for skiing and snowboarding to you – friends! That’s my super power!

SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR

Hello, my name is Marti. I have been a snowboard instructor for the past 14 years. My extensive experience has taught me the best ways to share my knowledge to all levels of riders. Whether you are beginner or advanced – you are welcome to improve your skills with me and enjoy the winter mountain in a safe and responsible way. During the summer I keep coaching people – I just change the water state under the board from solid to liquid. I am a wakeboard instructor in Varna, Bulgaria. My super power is to spin and have fun with all kinds of boards. That’s why my nickname is “Pumpala” (Teetotum).
