I Had such an incredible instructor Matey and He looked after me and gave me such great lessons! I learned to ski on my 3rd day! Would definitely recommend Totem ski and Snowboard Bansko to anyone who wants to hire ski/snowboard instructor! Good boot fitting, however for two minute work (to grind the boot board), they do ask 30 BGN and if you need to fix it again or another boot, they will charge it again. They did not want to negotiate the price lower, too

I've not Snowboarded since 2019 so booked a fresher lesson last week with Rami - my original first teacher from 2017.After only a couple of hours I was Boarding like I never stoppedRami is the best instructor, and awesome Boarder!Friendly, patient, knowledgable, and super skilled at giving the right advice at the right time.The rest of my days in Bansko I was floating and flowing down the mountain.100% recommendation 🏂

Went to Totem during a weeks ski trip as my own boots were rubbing, bought new liners and they heat moulded them, still weren’t perfect so after talking about what was wrong they heated them again to remould, both shell and liner and fitted them again, 45mins or so later I had much comfier boots, top service, would recommend. Pretty good pricing too

We hired 8 sets of skis & boots for 3 days, everything was fantastic , the guys in the shop could not of been more helpful , the equipment was all of a very good standard and storing the kit back with them each day could not have been easier and a real added bonusA 1st class companyWe would use again without hesitation

BEST SNOWBOARDING INSTRUCTOR EVER! Martin is incredible!!! I was a beginner boarder last year and he was so understanding and supportive. This year I brought my friend Shaun along with me for 4 days of lesson with Martin and our progression has been unbelievable! I feel confident going down all red runs and can comfortably navigate myself around other people and uneven slopes. Both Shaun and I will come back to Bansko to have Martin as our instructor again. LOVE YOU SPINNING TOP!!!!

My friends rented their skis here and they took a look at my snowboard. It had taken some damage at another resort where the snow was sparse and was a bit rocky. For 50 Lev they fully levelled the base, filled gaps by the edges, sharpened the edges and waxed the board - All overnight. Ran like a dream for the rest of the week. Could recommend the place more highly!

I was only in Bansko for 2 days and therefore didn't bring my skis with me. I was looking for a non-typical Verleischi model and only found it there. These were racing skis according to FIS standards. I received the best advice and the skis were serviced especially for me. Thank you very much 🙏

The male staff is friendly, the main female person is unpleasant.They are not professional. We rented almost new ski boots, but the next day the old ones were waiting for us.They gave our boots to someone else and offered us the old ones.

The school was not the cheapest but definitely worth the money.We had a very good instructor named Victoria who thought the kids very well all the basics, and than a good instructor Danny who took them up the mountain to show tham how to be brave, safe and have funAlso adults took private lessons and felt safe and weel thoughtService was excellentAlso in help to get up the crowded gondola

Knowledgeable, helpful and Friendly - just what you need when renting ski equipment and booking lessons. We had a new skier who was 80 years old and Totem provided an instructor for a private session who was, patient, understanding and a good teacher. Cannot recommend Totem highly enough, book with them and you will be in good hands.

I and my brother in law both purchased ski boots from this very professional ski shop and hire centre. We had previously visited a couple of other establishments in Bansko but it was obvious staff in those shops were not ski enthusiasts, and trained in boot fitting. We are so glad we went to the TOTEM ski centre. Thankyou to Vesi and Shishman for looking after us and giving us a great deal on the right boots for us. To all you ski enthusiasts, we could not recommend you go anywhere else but to TOTEM Ski Centre.

All I can say about Totem Ski Center in Bansko is that in my opinion it is the best place in town for taking ski lessons /they do snowboard lessons too and also have a very wide range of great equipment for rent/. It was recommended to us by friends and me and my husband trusted them with our 5 kids for 2 years now /not in a row/ and we are really happy with the results and the progress we witnessed as regards to the improvement of the ski skills of our girls.Two of the girls /4 and 5 years old/ did their first steps in skiing with Rami and the others /7, 9 and 11 years old/ took lessons with Matey. Both instructors were fun, patient and very dedicated, we will look for them again in the future for sure. I can also personally recommend Dani and Kamen with whom three of the girls met two years ago.Last but not least is that at Totem Ski Center in Bansko we met a great attitude and perfect organisation according to our specific needs. Strongly recommend! And big time thanks, Chongi!

Dear Friends, I want to tell you that Totem ski Bansko is the ultimate place for ski equipment and ski lessons. The whole team are so cool, cooperative and kind! They start to support you as soon as u get to the door. If u want to learn ski, or borrow a perfect tools - this is the place in Bansko you must visit! I had wonderfull exeprience last week with ski teacher, started to learn so fast and became more confident.I want to share that they made a full service to my old ski and boots. After the adjustments boots fited perfectly and the ski looked as brand new.

This small shop is not as fancy as others in Bansko, but if you are looking to buy from someone who knows what they are doing, thats the place for you. Bought ski boots for my 19 year old son. The whole process was very professional from start to end.We came back after a day skiing for adjustments. The owner identified the problem in a flash. The next day we came back for a final touch and the boots fit perfectly.Very much recommended.

I have been using the services of Totem Ski Center and have been amazed at the ever smiling and friendly team! Everyone is taking care of the students and customers, and they make you feel like you're part of the family.The quality of the ski and snowboard teaching is really high quality. Within one session I was able to convert to parallel skiing entirely and the lesson techniques have stuck with me so far. The teachers are your friends on the slopes - always saying hi even if we're not skiing together at the time :)Finally, I also bought some ski boots at their shop, and the help and guidance on choosing and fitting my new Head Raptors have been more than I could ask for. Top service, top instructors.From booking ,payment meeting them everything was very easy.We booked four instructors and they were amazing.We were all first timers, and they put our safety first teaching us from.step to step.With 3 young children aged 4,6 and 9 they were brilliant.My 4 year old was crying as didn't want to leave with a stranger but came back happy and wanted to go for her lesson first thing the next day.Thank you so much will definitely book them again if we are coming back to Bansko again

Thank you so much to totem ski centre. Our boys had Danny kadeava as their teacher and what can I say, she was brilliant. The boys loved her and progressed so quickly under her guidance. First lesson they managed a blue run….amazing! I would thoroughly recommend her on to anyone. My youngest also had a lesson with another Danny ( a guy this time) who was also great and Oscar came on so quickly. He was really encouraging and fun after my son was a little nervous being only 5. The company is great, communication was quick and the lessons out weigh any others I saw in bansko. Much better than large group lessons. We will be back.

Look no further! I can highly recommend Totem private ski lessons — you’re placed with incredible instructors who are passionate about their craft, and it’s all backed by a great customer service team. Unlike with other schools, with Totem I was able to reserve/pay online, and they quickly texted me details of where to meet and a photo of my instructor. I had two hour and four hour lessons, all with great timings… though frankly the time just flew by! I felt like my technique seriously improved, and I was able to have loads more fun on the days I wasn’t in a lesson.Also, I was on a large ski trip with friends who all tried to take lessons with another ski school (Ski Mania) and, between Ski Mania’s bizarre class times (a four hour break halfway through a four-hour private lesson?!), confusing payment system, and checked-out teachers, my friends’ experiences ranged from underwhelmed to bitterly disappointed. Thank goodness Totem managed to squeeze in four of those friends — both skiers and snowboarders — at the last minute, saving the trip after all!

Best location possible! Shop is right by the side of the slope so there's absolutely ZERO walking in ski boots! Ski-in ski-out! The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. After trying multiple locations in the area, this is the only shop I'll ever go to for my ski rentals from now on.

Great place, excellent service! Purchased skis from the shop. The staff was friendly and patient, providing valuable advice in selecting the right equipment for us. They also let us test a number of models, before we settled on the one we liked. We also took a few hours with Chongi, one of their ski instructors, who showed us some cool tricks and helped us feel even better on the slopes. Overall, great experience. Recommend both the shop and the ski school, they know their stuff.

I could not rate it highly enough. Excellent! Our experience with Totem ski center was fabulous from day one, starting with super easy online booking. Nikola was an excellent instructor and very patient. Was superb in building up our skills and techniques. Would highly recommend. We would certainly ski with Totem ski center again, really fantastic skiing school.

Great experience with TOTEM Ski Center Bansko, february 2021 !My first time skiing in Bansko, also for my all family! We had 3 great TOTEM instructors for 8 days! One instructor, Kamen, for me, one instructor, Victoria, for our girls 8 and 6 yr old, and one instructor for my wife an for Rebeca, our girl 10 yr old . People are very friendly and patient with everybody. The lessons was fun and relaxed and you could see the children improving in their skiing every hour! Kamen was fantastic at communicating. Thank you for the experience, Kamen!PS: It was first time with the snowboard lesson for my child, Ilinca! NB: Danny great instructor!TOTEM Ski Center Bansko is probably the best ski shool in Bansko!I highly recommend TOTEM Ski School Center Bansko and look forward to returning in the future.
