When you book, you’ll have the chance to tell us about your goals, experience level, and what you want to achieve. Our senior instructors use this information to personally match you with the ideal instructor from our close-knit, professional team.
2. Seamless Preparation
In the days before your lesson, we’ll send you all the practical information you need via email or text. This includes the exact meeting time, our prime location (just 50m from the Bansko Gondola), and the name of your dedicated instructor.
3. Gear Up with the Best
If you need rental equipment, you can collect your premium HEAD skis or snowboard from our rental center right at the gondola base. Our team will ensure everything is perfectly fitted so you can start your lesson without delay.
4. Meet Your Instructor & Go!
On the day, your instructor will meet you, confirm your goals for the session, and make a quick assessment of your equipment. Then, it’s straight onto the slopes. You’ll receive undivided attention from a seasoned pro who is dedicated to making rapid, effective progress toward your goals.

If your goal is to explore Bansko’s legendary off-piste terrain, please let us know in advance. This allows us to equip your instructor with all necessary safety gear (avalanche transceiver, probe, and shovel) and gives them time to scout the best and safest lines based on current snow conditions.
